Cancellations & Refunds
At Un-nees, we curate and resell exclusive designer silhouettes with care and intention. As each piece is handpicked or custom-sourced, our policies reflect the limited and often made-to-order nature of our collections.
1. Order Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are only allowed within 24 hours of placing the order and only if the order has not yet been processed or dispatched.

To request a cancellation, please WhatsApp us or email us at with your Order ID.
Note: Once an order is processed, we are unable to cancel it due to the limited edition and perishable inventory nature of designer wear.
2. Refund Policy
We follow a strict No Refund policy. Refunds will only be issued in the following exceptional circumstances:

You receive a wrong product (not the one ordered).

The item received is damaged or defective, and a replacement is not available.

The order was cancelled within the allowed time frame and has not been shipped.
To be eligible for a refund:

You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

You must share an unboxing video and photos clearly showing the issue.

The product must be unused, unwashed, and returned in original packaging with tags.
Refunds, if approved, will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
3. Exchange Policy
We do not offer exchanges unless the item you received:

Was damaged in transit

Was incorrectly shipped
In such cases:

Reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery.

We may offer an exchange for the same item only, subject to availability.

If an exchange is not possible, a refund or store credit may be offered at our discretion.
4. Non-Returnable/Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items are not eligible for cancellation, refund, or exchange:

Items marked Made-to-Order

Items altered or customized at your request

Sale or discounted items

International orders (due to customs and logistics constraints)
5. Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was sent incorrectly or damaged.

If a return is approved, the cost of return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless stated otherwise.
