     Un-nees is a reseller of premium designer outfits. All products sold on our platform are sourced directly from the designers/brands         and presented to our customers as part of exclusive collections.

2. Eligibility

     By using this Site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or accessing the Site under the supervision of a parent or legal                 guardian.

3. Products and Pricing

​

  • All products are showcased with accurate details and images, but minor variations in color, embroidery, or texture may occur due to photography and lighting.

  • Prices are listed in INR (₹) and are subject to change without prior notice.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, especially in case of pricing errors or stock unavailability.

4. Orders and Payments

  • Orders are confirmed only upon successful payment.

  • We accept payments via [UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, Razorpay, etc.].

  • Un-nees reserves the right to cancel or limit the quantity of any product ordered.

  • You are responsible for ensuring that your billing and shipping information is accurate and up to date.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship across India and to select international destinations.

  • Estimated delivery times vary by product and location and are shared during checkout.

  • Certain products are made to order, and their delivery might take longer than usual. Customers will be informed of any delays.

  • Delays due to customs, courier partners, or external factors are not within our control.

We use a flat rate policy for shipping & delivery. The region wise details are as follows :

 

   Shipping Charges

- FREE for Chandigarh & Tricity Area.

- ₹150 for Punjab/NCR

- ₹250 for Rest of India

 

   Delivery Timelines

- Chandigarh & Tricity Area: 1 business days

- Punjab/NCR: 3–6 business days

- Rest of India: 5–9 business days

 

Once orders are processed & dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link on your email.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

​

  • All sales are final. Due to the exclusive nature of designer products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless:

    • The product is received in a damaged condition.

    • The item delivered is incorrect.

  • Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing video and images at [+91-8968220134].

  • Exchanges may be offered on a case-by-case basis and only if the item is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
